Our expert toolmakers and engineers have extensive experience in developing tooling for precision metal stamping operations. We custom design dies for stamping operations, such as cutting, bending, drawing, embossing, coining, in die tapping and curling tasks, to be performed on a range of sheet metal components.

Our in-house die design and development capabilities enable us to build a range of progressive, secondary, forming, blanking, piercing, and compound dies for custom stamping operations. We design and fabricate single and multi station progressive dies, in sizes ranging from 6" to 84" long and up to 275 tons.

After the prototyping or evaluation stage, our die designers will create a detailed strip layout. The strip layout will depict the size of die, tonnage capacity required, and critical factors involved in the stamping operations.
