Secondary Operations

At American Industrial Co., we function as your full service technical partner. Providing an array of value added secondary operations, to your final product, assembly or subassembly.

We provide machining services that may not be able to be performed during stamping operations.

Our drilling and tapping services can produce precise drilled and threaded holes, as well as countersunk holes to finish your final stamped product.

Riveting is available for assemblies or creating durable joints.

Grinding is an option provided for even more precise part geometry or part tolerance.

Multiple welding services such as spot, MIG, TIG, braze and soldering are available depending on part functionality and requirements.

Deburring operations are performed by bowl, barrel, drum using ceramic, synthetic or steel ball media. Electro polishing is also an option, all to give a smooth, polished surface.

Heat treating, austempering, oil quenched, air cooled, through hardend or case hardening services can be provided to harden your stamped parts.

Finishing services, include, platings, paintings, anodizings, and more, to further protect your finished parts.
