Metal Stamping Die Design Engineering

Our in-house die design and development capabilities enable us to build a range of progressive, secondary, forming, blanking, piercing, and compound dies for custom stamping operations. We design and fabricate single and multi station progressive dies, in sizes ranging from 6” to 84” long and up to 275 tons.

After the prototyping or evaluation stage, our die designers will create a detailed strip layout. The strip layout will depict the size of die, tonnage capacity required, and critical factors involved in the stamping operations. Along with new product development, we can also assist you in re-designing existing products or reverse engineer products.
